5. Your API Keys

The Service requires you to provide your own API keys from supported AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google). You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid API keys, complying with the terms of service of each AI provider, and all charges incurred through your API keys.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED AS IS AND AS AVAILABLE WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. AI-GENERATED RESPONSES MAY CONTAIN ERRORS OR INACCURACIES.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CLOSEBOTPRO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
